Best Practice Models of Care for Haemophilia

This report aims to address disparities in the implementation of standard of care in haemophilia. It does so by documenting globally applicable good practice models of haemophilia care, focusing on the role of the nurse across nine participating Centres of Excellence within Europe and North America. The ultimate goal is to engage, inform and empower multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimise care.

The global best practice report has seven sections, as shown in the diagram below. Download the full report for all the details.

It has been additionally validated by a global steering committee formed by multidisciplinary healthcare professional experts in haemophilia.
